In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to the platform for alternative dispute resolution, the competent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity, with a list of authorized Arbitration Centers available at https://dgpj.justica.gov.pt/resolucao-de-litigios/arbitragem/centros-de-arbitragem-autorizados
